Click image above for larger view. This is a 1 story 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. My wife and I have owned this house since 1987. We lived in it for 15 years and have leased it out for the past 9 years. The home underwent a fairly extensive interior remodeling in June of 2004.
At that time the entire house was repainted inside and out. Carpets and vinyl floors were replaced.
Carpets have been replaced again since 2004. A new 13 seer rated heat pump was installed in 2011.
Vinyl replacement windows will be replaced and exterior repainted summer 2013.
